Am un tv Samsung CK 5012 Z din 1992. In stand by are un pocnet cu frecventa de 1 / s. Nu stiu cum sa scap de acest zgomot. Tot in stand by pe bara de 125 V am 132 V. De pornit porneste foarte rar. Cand nu porneste, tensiunea de 125 scade la 90 V, iar cand porneste, tensiunea este buna. Ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat si eventual cu o schema. Va multumesc.
