Problema T-con v32b42c3

Am o problema cu un Fujitsu Siemens Jetson J32-2 S26361 K1072 v170. T-con v32b42c3.

Lcd-ul are ton dar fara imagine. Siguranta ceramica de pe T-con e arsa.La inspectia vizuala a placii am observat ca la pozitia Q300 e un mosfet carbonizat. Nu se poate distinge inscriptia asa ca am cautat pe google si am reusit sa aflu ca mosfetul e AO3418. Problema e ca nu reusesc sa i-l gasesc aici in Germania. Ma puteti ajuta cu un echivalent?

cauta pe o placa de baza de baza de laptop ori pc gasesti acolo destui mosfeti cu canal N si tensiunea de 30..60 V si destui amperi.. :da

Am avut un t-con identic cu al tau intr-un Philips sasiu LC4.5E . Dar la mine am constatat ca pe langa Q300 si integratul U300 era ars asa ca singura solutie a fost sa cumpar un alt modul de pe e-bay ( anul trecut m-a costat aprox 25 euro cu tot cu transport ) Inainte de a schimba placa t-con asigura-te ca in sursa 17PW15 ai masurat/schimbat absolut toate filtrajele si cei doi condensatori de 15nF .

Intradevar nu am gasit alta rezolvare,am comandat de pe Ebay alt T-con.Am schimbat condensatorii umflati si pe cei doi de 15nF.

Acum functioneaza fara probleme.
