nu stiu ce sa zic dar din ("it would take aproximately 1 week to causeerasure when exposed to direct sunlight") inteleg ca dureaza aproximativ o sapatmana sa se stearga la lumina soarelui.

Din "it would take" eu inteleg "AR PUTEA".Adevarul este undeva la mijloc, in sensul ca, chiar daca nu se sterg total, datele pot fi afectate. Este suficienta alterarea unei singure locatii de memorie pentru a impiedica rularea corecta a unui program.Ia cu siguranta mai putin de 25 ani pentru "coruperea" datelor, caci altfel circuitele nu ar mai avea etichete protectoare pe fereastra.Asta cu o saptamana sa stii ca totusi este putin probabila, mai ales iarna, cu cerul innorat :smt005 Eu am tinut cateva ore epromuri pe un tub fluorescent din acela de discoteca si nu s-au sters. In schimb, cu un tub dintr-un bec spart cu vapori de mercur, in cateva minute erau sterse complet.
