Setari compensare diametru freza

Am o problema cu setarea compensarii diametrului frezei. Am de gaurit doua cercuri cu diametrul de 7mm si folosesc o freza de 2mm. Programul folosit e CNC USB. Trebuie sa folosesc G41 dar nu stiu exact unde sa il pun si cum. nimeni, nimic? e prima data cand folosesc G-code si nu reusesc sa fac sa mearga cu G41 nici unde

Mie mi se pare ca vrei sa dai 2 gauri folosind un parametru incorect . Pentru gauri ( circular pocket ) , folosesti G02/G03 plus I, K sau R .

in codul tau , cercul este facut din segmente drepte ... n-o sa iasa gaura aia rotunda in veci .

Eu dadeam gaurile folosind coduri generate de ArtCam , care face la fel : emuleaza cercurile din segmente . Am invatat parametri de baza pentru helical boring

si iese cu mult mai corect gaura. Ex : o gaura de 18mm la cota de rulment , facuta cu helical boring , freza de 10mm diametru : http://youtu.be/9bDZb6Ida_o

Viteza e mica , iar stepul de taiere este redus ... poti foarte bine sa urci pana la 2000-2400mm/min cu step de 1mm ...

Dar de ce nu folositi voi vectric-ul. Este ok, compeseaza perfect, si este si usor de priceput. Am inceput sa folosesc vectric si e mult mai simplu. Multumesc de raspunsuri

Eu momentan decat cateva decupaje simple 2D am facut cu CNCul asa:-Fac desenul in NanoCAD (identic cu AutoCAD-ul, dar complet gratis) si il salvez cu extensia *.DXF ;-Conversia in G-CODE o fac cu dxf2gcode (un program gratuit facut in Python);-Fisierul rezultat de dxf2gcode il import in AXIS (linuxCNC). Desenul in NanoCAD il fac cu linie standard (By Layer) iar freza pe care o folosesc este de 3mm (momentan). Cum ar trebui sa fac desenele pentru ca in final sa-mi iasa cotele dorite ?PS : Inca un lucru....Daca de exemplu trebuie sa decupez o fata pentru un aparat, cum si in ce fel ar trebui sa fac astfel incat masina sa-mi decupeze intai gaurile (eventual si scris) din interiorul zonei, iar de abia la sfarsit sa-mi taie perimetrul zonei (lateralele) ?
