MatyC Posted November 12, 2012 Share Posted November 12, 2012 nHold si nWP ai conectat la pinul 1 din Pickit2 ??? Vpp este una si Vdd este alta. Vdd este tensiune de alimentare a montajului tinta (target) si se afla pe pinul 2 de la PicKit. Vpp este cu dublu rol in sensul ca asigura tensiune de programare (12V) daca este cazul sau semnal reset pe un tz open colector in alte cazuri. Nu am citit in amanunt datasheetul de la 25XXX insa dupa cum vad conexiunile tale nu va merge in vecii pururea. nCS (negative Chip Select) este activ pe 0V ceace face VPP insa in acelasi timp transmiti si semnal de asteptare nHold (negativ Hold) pe memorie. Conecteaza nHold si nWP la pinul 2 (PicKit2) si pe viitor sa faci diferentiere intre VPP, VDD, VCC, VSS si etc alte notificari specifice electronicii. MatyC Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 Banuiesc ca la programator ai setat jumperul pe 3,3V ! Dupa cum vad la softul de programare a setat pentru alimentare 2,8V insa ar trebui sa functioneze pe 25LC care are VDD 2,5-5,5V. Curios ca citeste numai zerouri si nu FFFF. Nu am la indemana o memorie SPI de tipul 25xxxx in capsula DIP sa testez practic. Am testat doar cele pe I2C si shtiu ca merge bine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

To enable power to the target device, check the VDD PICkit 2 On checkbox as shown.The default setting is Off, i.e., the checkbox is unchecked.LE PICkit2's User Guide, capitolul 2.5 SELECTING TARGET POWER, pagina 18.
