DarkAngel_Bv Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 Cel mai bine folosesti tranzistor mos-fet cu sursa la masa si o rezistenta de 10-50K intre grila si sursa, + o rezistenta de 1-5K intre pinul atmega si grila (in caz ca se strapunge tranzistorul sa nu afecteze atmega).Tranzistorii bipolari cer mai mult curent in baza. Eu personal asa fac, si folosesc cei mai ieftini mos-feti pe care ii gasesc, chiar si SMD cu sarmulite lipite pe ei. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
