Salut.Am o schema care are si o dioda.Vreau s-o simulez in Protel.Numai ca nu stiu ce trebuie pus in plus la ea ca sa nu-mi dea eroare la simulare.EROARE:D1 Error: Pin order data (PINS=1:[]) not in READ ONLY field 4. Pins sorted by pin-name.D1 Error: Part type must be entered in READ ONLY field 1: type=()D1 Error: Netlist data must be entered in READ ONLY field 5: netlist=De exemplu la o rezistenta scriu la campul "Part type" valoarea rezistentei.

La 99SE in help zice asa:

The Diode.lib (\Design Explorer 99 SE\Library\Sch\Sim.ddb) library contains a comprehensive list of simulation-ready diodes referenced by industry standard part number, as well as generic diode symbols. These parts have special simulation properties fields. Press the TAB key during placement or double-click the symbol after placement to open its properties dialog, then set the fields in the Attributes and Part Fields tabs as follows:Designator - Diode designator (eg D1)Area - Optional. Area factor specifies the number of equivalent parallel devices of the specified model. This setting affects a number of parameters in the model. Off - Optional. Set to ?Off? to set diode voltage to zero during operating point analysis. Can be useful as an aid in convergence.IC - Optional. Initial Conditions ? time-zero voltage across the diode. Only applies if the Use Initial Conditions option is enabled in the Transient/Fourier tab of the Setup Analyses dialog (Simulate ? Setup).Temp - Optional. Temperature in degrees Celsius at which this device is to operate (default is 27 deg.)Please Note: The Part Type field in the properties dialog for these symbols contains the name of the SPICE model for the device. DO NOT change this field unless you wish to change the model referenced by the device. Values marked as Optional include default values that should be applicable to most simulations. Generally you do not need to change these values.

Sursa: Protel 99SE -> Help -> Contents -> Working with simulations -> Configuring a schematic for simulation -> Selecting simulation-ready schematic components -> Simulation ready diodes.Incearca sa plasezi componenta din biblioteca mentionata mai sus, probabil ca in cazul tau e ceva in neregula cu modelul de simulare asociat al diodei din biblioteca aleasa.

:smt021 Mersi inca o data.
