Ajutor pentru achizitionare dioda laser

Am gasit recent pe ebay un tip care vinde diode laser de diverse puteri. Cele care mi-au atras atentia sunt de blu-ray (cica) si vin in 2 modele:

Voi care credeti ca merita? Este posibil sa fie aceeasi dioda blu ray, cu driver schimbat? Multumesc!

Eu asi lua pe ala de 300mW rosu, cele albastre se pare ca sunt dintr-o unitate blue ray: "Pulled from a new (never used) high powered blu-ray burner".Ca driver ai acolo un LM317 cu care reglezi tensiunea.

@Hypnotic,Salve,user-ul bandtled de pe Ebay este unul cunoscut si serios.Cea ce scrie el pe Ebay(150/200mW) este puterea maxima disipata.....dupa un test mai mare de cca 5 s puterea de iesire va fi de "0 mW"!!!In practica stam cam asa:la un curent de 95mA(pt dioda de 150mW) avem cca 75mW( dar asta cu un sistem optic bun...de ex. Lens 27..).Cea de 200mW functioneaza fara probleme la 100mW.Comanda este facuta pe LM317...deci este TTL.405nm nu sunt 473nm!!!....deci este violet.Pt mai multe info:http://www.sony.net/Products/SC-HP/pro/laser_diode/blu_ray.htmlPentru rosu, este o dioda LG de la un DVD RW cu un sistem de lentile(china).O zi buna!

Multumesc de raspunsuri...mai am o intrebare: Care are putere de "ardere" mai mare? L-am intrebat pe vanzator si mi-a raspuns:

Well, I'd say the red can burn more. But they each have their own special talents. The BR can light up glow-in-the-dark material and it can really be felt like a stinging burn on the skin. But you won't feel the red on your skin, but it can burn objects very quick.

Aici nu inteleg ceva...daca rosul arde mai repede obiectele, de ce nu se simte pe piele? :nas:

parerea mea este ca din cauza ca cel albastru este aproape de UV, rosul cred ca patrunde mai adanc in tesut, oricum nu-i bine sa experimentezi pe oameni/animale.
