amplificator cu tda 1554q

Salut

Dupa cum spune si titlul m-am apucat sa fac un amplificator (4x22W 4ohm) folosind 2 circuite integrate tda 1554q. Pana aici toate bune, am facut cablajele, am montat piesele, le-am alimentat si de aici incolo incepe partea "nasoala" ... ambele module au aceleasi simptome: pe un canal imi introduce curent continuu si un canal distorsioneaza.

 

ps. modulele le-am alimentat dintr-o sursa de PC si am folosit si corector de ton.

 

Care ar putea fi problema ... sa fie defecte integratele :cry: ???

sa nu uiti sa pui condensatoare pe iesire cand il conectezi in mod 4 x 11W, si ar fi indicat sa-l testezi initial fara corectorul de ton, si sa-l alimentezi dintr-o sursa liniara (adica cu transformator clasic).

cablajele is bine realizate, le-am verificat de mai multe ori ( oricum is niste cablaje simple nu prea ai ce sa gresesti )... dupa multe incercari si tot felul de "smecherii" tot la concluzia asta am ajuns si eu ( is defecte ambele integrate ).Nu se mai face treaba ca pe vremuri !!! :bataie

Asa zic si eu...foloseste o sursa convetionala formata dintr-un traf care sa-ti scoata min 4 A o punte de diode si cond filtraj (4700/25 mf).E posibil ca acea sursa de calc fiind in comutatie sa interfereze cu ampliful...dar nu ma prinde mirarea ca sa fie defecte si integratele ...ca la cate petarde de piese sunt pe piata la ora actuala ...bft!!!
