Ii poti utiliza in orice schema care are in final tranzistoare darlington. Mai mult : superdioda dupa schema se poate elimina deoarece conectind un semireglabil intre terminalele D ale perechii complementare vei face reglajul curentului de mers in gol de acolo. Nu au nevoie de rezistenta externa de emitor, existind una de 0,22 ohmi integrata in capsula.

Acesti darlington cu thermal track sunt o solutie foarte interesanta pentru un amplificator hi-fi. Am postat la sectiunea scheme pe cea dintr-un cambridge audio azur 640 :

Nu foloseste exact acceasi tranzistori dar e bun de inspiratie. Atasez aici tot service manualul:

Se poate dezvolta cam orice schema in jurul lor, au marele avantaj ca se rezolva compensarea termica si astfel se simplifica considerabil proiectarea. O alta solutie, mai simpla, de ex. ar fi utilizarea circuituli LME 49810 ca driver pt finalii darlington:

Sau poti sa iti proiectezi de la zero o schema serioasa(eu incurajez ultima varianta).
