Freza pt. CNC

...si am ajuns cu constructia CNCului la faza de cu capul de prelucrare...cred ca o minifreza e potrivita pt. asta.Intrebarea e ce fel(marca,tip) e 'no 1',caracteristici:~100W,30 000rpm si cat de usoara-la 220v sau 12v.Voi ce folositi,ce recomandati ?Si mai important de unde,preturi,ca vreu sa am una;e forte probabil ca acest subiect sa mai fi fost discutat...

Sau poti cumpara si proxxon. Si eu tot un proxon am si merge pentru gravat. Daca vrei sa faci prelucrari mai mari atunci iti sfatuiesc ceva mai mare, al meu are 100W alimentare 220V si viteza reglabila pana 20.000 rot/min. Ca si pret costa cam 200-300 RON

Pana la urma am fost in targ,am luat un flex de 500W, la care am inlocuit partea din fata(aia cu agrenaj)cu o carcasa cu rulmenti axiali-radiali cu role,am facut o axa in prelugirea motorului,axa prevazuta cu mandrina cu pensete,de la 1 la 6 ;toata afacerea a fost 80 lei +manopera(ceva beri).Daca e corect reglat,scula nu are batai/cel putin eu nu am reusit sa o masor...Problema care o vad acum e:reglajul turatiei e necesar?daca da, sa-l fac controlabil din soft(a 4 axa?),iar partea de executie tre sa fie cu diac.
