Caracteristici si echivalaente aproximative:KT865A=pnp 200V, 10A, 15MHz, 100W, beta=40 - MJ15025 (aprox)KT864A=npn 200V, 10A, 15MHz, 100W, beta=40 - MJ150262N5873=npn, 60V, 7A, 4MHz, 115W- BDW51C , 2N30552N5871=pnp, 60V, 7A, 4MHz, 115W - BDW52C , MJ2955In general echivalarile trebuiesc facute in functie de parametrii impusi de aplicatie... este singura cale sa se faca un compromis pentru tensiune/curent/putere/frecventa maxima de lucru... 8)
