Problema închidere ford transit

Va salut. Un prieten deține un Ford transit custom, modelul 2012 și reclama ca nu se mai încuie ușile din telecomanda. Nici cu a doua telecomanda nu merge. Problema a apărut din senin, fără sa fi umblat la ceva. Telecomanda are baterie bună. Care poate fi problema?
