Traian B Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 61256 este o memorie RAM (posibil SRAM CMOS insa aceasta este PDIP 28, nu 24).In orice caz, extensia "-15" ar putea specifica timpul de acces, ceea ce ar insemna ca este posibil totusi sa fie o memorie.
