ALVIN Posted January 9, 2008 Share Posted January 9, 2008 Salut, am un televizor LG RL21CC30RX defect, problema e in sursa, tranzistorul "sirma". Am identificat integratul, este un MC44608 dar notatia tranzistorului nu are nici un sens si nu l-am gasit in nici o parte. Banuisc ca e MOS-FET, ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat sau, si mai bine, cu o schema? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
fane Posted January 9, 2008 Share Posted January 9, 2008 este mofet, eu am folsit buz90 asta aveam la indemina dar merge oricare din tranzistorii folsiti pe sasiele noi gen 11AK etc. schimba tda-ul si verifica bine componentele din primarul surseisi din secundar(sa nu ai scurturi)in rest,bafta :smt006 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
