cosmin ardelean Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 (edited) Imi spuneti va rog daca e normal sa am 100 de grade la procesorul asta? Cum alimentez modulul, deja se si incinge. Am incercat si sa tin un mic radiator pe el, dar in maxim 1 minut nu mai poti sa-l tii. E un controller de letcon abia cumparat. De functionat functioneaza (inca) dar se incinge puternic. Am un controlere similar însă cu STM32F103C și încălzire nu e sesizabilă. Versiune ta de firmware are posibilitatea să selectezi, in meniul Cold End, senzorul de temperatura din CPU? Pe pinii 48 si 64 am 3,27V, pe pinul 13 am 1V, pe pinii 19 si 32 am pe la 1,8V. Intrebarea e: softul oare as putea sa il copiez pe un procesor nou? modoran Posted October 26, 2020 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Vezi sa nu ai pe vreun pin rezistenta mica fata de masa, posibil vreo dioda esd interna in scurt ( sau aproape ), de aia se incalzeste. cosmin ardelean Posted October 26, 2020 Author Share Posted October 26, 2020 (edited) Dintre toti pinii, doar vreo 3-4 dau 30-40 ohmi si inca vreo 5 pini dau 4 ohmi la masa. In rest, TOTI au 1-2 ohmi. Cand am primit placa, avea rezistentele din divizorul de tensiune (R2a, R3a) de pe pinul de feedback al regulatorului de 3V, lipite aiurea.
