gabiz_ro Posted October 19, 2020 Share Posted October 19, 2020 TV Toshiba cu 17MB140 Placa display V236BJ1-P01 Rev.CB echipata cu IN518 si IN1802A Alimentare cu 12V. 12V prezenti in anumite puncte. O tensiune produsa de IN518,marcata ca V33V,presupun ca 3.3V este doar 1.8V. Restul tensiunilor,VGHP VGL ... lipsa. La o prima verificare nici o dioda sau condesator nu pare a avea o rezistenta prea mica sau scurt. Datasheet la IN518 nu am gasit. Are cineva ceva date despre acesta? gabiz_ro Posted October 28, 2020 Author Share Posted October 28, 2020 PCB este jos. Alimentat separat cu 3.3V consum cam 70mA,aparent nu pare a fi ceva consum mare sa nu faca fata integratul. Am mai gasit un 5V pe un pin al integratului,posibil un LDO intern. Cu spray freeze pe IN518 la pornire apare si 3.3V dar atat. Mai este un convertot DC-DC in acest IC,ceva step-up,12V,bobina,dioda dar nu porneste,dupa dioda sunt tot 12V (minus ceva cat e caderea pe dioda) deci nu porneste. L-am dat deoparte,nu are rost sa mai pierd timp cu el,nu am gasit pe vreun alt display IN518 sa-l schimb. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
