bogdan546 Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 In primul rand in afara de 800v. 8A ( poate fi si 650v ) Ciss trebuie sa fie cel mult 1080pF. Deci un tranzistor cu aceasta capacitate de intrare si tensiunea de la 650v in sus ar fi bun Link to comment

Chiar saptamana asta am reparat o sursa LCD FORWARD, ceea ce rar am intalnit. Ai pune acolo un mos de 650V in loc de 800/900 ? Chiar sa puna o firma ca Panasonic un tranzistor la plesneala ? bogdan546 Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 Daca intrdevar este sursa forward ar putea fi o problema pentru ca la intervalul t2 tensiunea teoretica pe Q este 2V1. Nu aveti alta alternativa decat achizitonarea originalului de la farnell Link to comment
