sper ca am postat unde trebuie ...

 

treaba asta trebuie sa functioneze undeva intre 24 si 36 MHz si sa transfere in jur de 5W "energie" RF la "proba"

nu stiu ce tranzistori sa pun , BJT, MOS, IGBT, exista vre-un "driver"  capabil de asa ceva ?

Trebuie insa mentionat ca 2N2218 nu va lucra bine la 36 MHz. In text da cineva exemple de alti tranzistori. Tranzistorii citati pe forum pentru puteri mai mari (RD06HHF1 si RD16HHF1) sunt FET. Se poate si cu tranzistori normali, in loc de 2N2218 incearca 2N3866, 2N3553 si va functiona. Nu uita sa pui radioatoare pe tranzistori, altfel risti sa-i distrugi. "Proba" aia ce impedanta are? De regula iesirile de la amplificatoarele RF se refera la antene de 50 Ohm. Deci daca vrei sa faci o masuratoare si n-ai antena care trebuie, o sa ai nevoie de un dummy-load de 50 Ohm. Daca ti-l construiesti singur, ai grija ca rezistorii sa nu aiba parte inductiva, in orice caz nu rezistori din sarma bobinata.
