Folie de kapton intre tranzistor si radiator

Buna ziua. Vreau sa intreb si eu pe cei mai cu experienta, daca folosesc foite de kapton cum e cea din poza, intre tranzistorii finali si radiator mai este nevoie sa ung foita de kapton cu vaselina siliconica pe ambele fete ca in cazul foitei de mica?

 

Acestea sunt caracteristicile ei:

 

Tip suport termoconductor: kapton

Utilizare: TO218, TO247, TO248

Rezistenţă termică: 0.15K/W

Lungime: 24mm

Lăţime: 21mm

Grosime: 0.077mm

Diametru orificiu fixare: 3.1mm

 

Daca ajuta cu ceva pe situl firmei producatoare scrie asta despre ea: "polyimide-carrier foil with silicone-free phase changing thermal conductive layer completely coated on both sides"

Pui un strat subtire de pasta.

In orice situatie e bine sa pui pasta, ea anuleaza eventualele erori de planeitate dintre tranzistor/folie/radiator asigurand un "contact termic" sigur.

Prea multa pasta termica si rezultatele vor fi proaste. Prea putina pasta, posibil rezultate proaste. Preferabil sa se execute o "polishare" a radiatorului in zona de contact si folosirea unei pelicule cat mai fine de pasta termica. Se indeparteaza excesul de pasta.
