ajutor calcul steps per unit

Va salut , daca ma puteti ajuta cu o metoda de calcul , am șuruburi cu bile de 16 pas de 5 mm

Ce nu-ti iese adica?

Daca ai motor cu 200 de pasi pe tura si fara microsteping, inseamna ca un pas deplaseaza 5 mm / 200 = 0.025 mm/pas sau 40 de pasi pe mm.

La microsteping de 2 (400 pe tura) ai 0.0125 mm/pas sau 80 pas/mm.

Daca tot nu te descurci spune ce motoare, drivere si program folosesti.

 

PS am presupus ca motorul antreneaza direct surubul, sau in raport 1:1. Daca nu e asa se adauga si raportul de transmisie la calcul.

Deci am suruburi de 16 cu pas de 5 antrenate direct de motor , motoare de 4, 2 amp ,3 nm , 1,8 grade , drivere dq542ma , setate la 800 momentan , au reglaj de la 400 la 26000 micropasiSi bineinteles mach 3

Diametrul surubului n-are importanta, doar pasul.

La 800 ai 0.00625 mm/pas sau 160 pasi/mm.

 

Nu stiu de ce "bineinteles mach 3" care costa o caruta de bani.

Eu folosesc de exemplu LinuxCNC.

Si pentru linuxcnc trebuie sa ai sistemului de operare linux ? E mai simplu programul?

Da, merge in Linux, Debian sau Ubuntu.

Depinde ce intelege fiecare prin "simplu".

Eu sunt programator, asa ca posibilitatea de a modifica/adauga chestii dupa cum am nevoie ma incanta.

Plus pretul, sau dupa caz metode neortodoxe care insa vin cu setul propriu de probleme.
