tranzistor smd

am o problema la un monitor hp A4576 a mai fost pe la un electronist care a zis ca e finalul de culori si niste tranzistori ... am schimbat finalul ( FA4111) si intre el si IC-ul M52722P sunt 3 tranzistori smd unul are scurt intre 2 pini si restu nu am reusit sa masor nimic intre orioce pin.., pe tranz scrie AK dupa cautari pe net am ajuns la BCX70K npn capsula SOT23 sau la BCX53-10 pnp SOT89 tranzistori sunt capsula SOT23 deci ar trebui sa fie BCX70K care am vazut ca ar merge si BC547C acum vreau sa fiu sigur daca merge BC547C si cum e configurarea la pini la smd

Tu ai pe placa respectiva un anumit tip de capsula sau este SOT23 sau SOT89?

 

La aplicatia data se poate inlocui BCX70 cu BC547 diferenta este doar la curentul nominal de colector 100mA fata de 200mA (eventual unul de curent mai mare este BC337), pinii sunt indicati in foaia de catalog:

SOT23 vazut de sus si cu cei doi pini jos:

la stanga baza (1)

in dreapta jos emitorul (3)

sus mijloc colectorul (2)

In linie: baza, colector , emitor

dar asta inseamna tranzistori PNP de 1A, 1W
