Idei realizare encoder optic pentru motoare DC

Salut.

 

Am un robot care foloseste 2 motoare DC de 24V 450W cu reductor. Acestea sunt motoarele: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/450w-24-v-36v-gear-motor-brush-motor-electric-tricycle-DC-gear-brushed-motor/1186354790.html

 

As vrea sa le adaug niste encodere optice.

Ca cititor ma gandeam sa folosesc:

Pentru disc exista posibilitatea sa folosesc disc colorat alb-negru sau disc perforat. Oare ce numar de citiri per rotatie ar fi suficient? Motoarele au maxim 4000 de rotatii pe minut.

 

Tin sa mentionez ca nu prea am acces la partea din fata a motoarelor, unde este montata roata, direct pe ax.

As vrea ca encoderul sa-mi citeasca viteza reala a motorului, nu viteza la axul care iese din reductor, deci ma gandeam sa montez cumva encoderul in partea din spate a motorului. Pana acum nu l-am desfacut ca sa vad cum arata la interior, dar o idee ar fi fost sa modific capacul din spate si adaug acolo encoderul.

 

Are ceinva experienta cu asa ceva? Cum ma sfatuiti sa fac?
